Angelus was one of the nicest, most helpful agents I've had. After going through a bit of a roller coaster trying to find a no-fee apartment in NYC, I was glad I finally found a listing Angelus has posted. I contacted him right away and received a prompt response. After over a month of of searching with other brokers, I was able to find an apartment, apply for it, and sign the lease all within 3 days, with Angelus' help. He was super responsive and communicative about the process and I did not feel like he was doing anything sneaky or withholding information from me, as many other agents do in this city. I am very pleased with my experience with Angelus and would definitely work with him again once my lease is up!

Angelus set himself apart from the other agents we met with right away by greeting us with a beverage on a very hot day. We were in search of a nice place to live with our kids and we also were relocating from the Midwest to the big apple. We had a small window to make a decision in and Angelus was extremely quick and prompt with all responses. He even went as far to show us a unit we loved even thought it just went off the market. It paid off -because just a day later another unit was open and he immediately texted me and said would you be interested in this unit? It hasn''t even hit the market yet! We loved it and did everything remotely with his help. He made the process extremely smooth for us which was really important!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Couldn''t have had a better experience!

Angelus is an excellent broker and a very hard worker. My roommate and I started our search in late-July, and we looked at several apartments in Downtown Manhattan together. He diligently and patiently took us to see several apartments all over the area as we walked in the hot summer sun, and I was extremely impressed by how hard he worked for us. In addition, he really is an expert in New York apartments and made excellent suggestions that were all within our budget. Angelus was the best broker I could ever ask for. We met with over 20 brokers and saw 72 apartments until Angelus (in 2 days) found us our apartment. We absolutely love it here. Angelus is extremely professional, he met us every morning on time , with a cup of coffee, and only took us to apartments that were RELEVANT! Angelus was great through the whole apartment search. I especially liked how he truly took our best interests to heart, listening to our preferences and doing his best to find places that matched them (even as they shifted throughout the search). He was efficient in finding apartments for us to see, and made sure to send us information about the apartments we'd be looking before we went so we had a better idea of what we were looking at going in. Further, he was a great liaison between the leasing agents and us, and as the process wrapped up and we signed our lease he was sure to stay involved and looked out for our best interests. Overall, very courteous and clearly hard working. Definitely would recommend working with Angelus for anyone in the near future.
